Flowcraft Tech Pvt Ltd (“Flowcraft,” “we,” “us”) builds calm, intentional tools. The same restraint applies to data: we collect as little as possible, and only what serves you.

Information we collect

This website is largely static. We do not require accounts, and we do not track you across the web.

• Messages you send. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you choose to write.
• Basic, aggregate analytics. Privacy-respecting, cookieless measurements such as page views and referrers — never tied to your identity.
• Server logs. Standard request logs (IP, timestamp, user agent) kept briefly for security and reliability.

How we use it

To reply to you, to keep the site secure and working, and to understand — in aggregate — what people find useful. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the site (such as hosting and email delivery), under agreements that limit their use to those purposes, or when required by law.

Retention & security

We keep information only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, then delete it. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond promptly.

Mark and future products

This policy covers the Flowcraft website. Our products — including Mark — carry their own in-product privacy terms, which govern any data handled inside the app.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for material changes, note it clearly.
